French Fancies: Fat Quarter Inspiration

Anyone else currently in an Easter Egg induced coma? So much chocolate, time to distract myself with some pretty fat quarter projects.

Naturally, due to the beautiful Parisian prints in these fat quarters, I've gone for a bit of a travel theme with this collection of projects I've sourced around the interwebs.

First things first, a girl needs some where to keep all her make up brushes clean. Of course as I'm writing these I'm desperately trying to remember the last time I cleaned my 3 make up brushes. Nicole at She's Got The Notion has a great series of posts including this makeup brush roll and toiletry bag.

I love these little pyramid pouches for keeping loose change and paired with these cord wraps the inside of your handbag will look perfectly tidy and organised.

I definitely need to make this travel jewellery case. Every time I go away I spend ages trying to untangle my jewellery so this is perfect with separate spaces to to store earring and necklaces as well as a tie for rings.

I love these sunglasses cases, the curved shape makes them extra fun and of course who can resist a little pom pom tassel?

This cute little travel set is made from just two fat quarters and gives you somewhere to keep your passport, tickets and cards safe as well as a matching luggage tag to help you spot your suitcase on the conveyor belt.

Finally, these key fobs are the perfect quick sew project to attach to your keys, you definitely won't loose them now.
