But sadly for us the time has come to part ways as this lucky lady has gone and bagged herself a shiny new job in business management.
I have a lot to thank Harriet for, she has worked so hard and helped me to keep the blog going during those early, hazy days of motherhood when I could barely string a sentence together, let alone sew a garment and write a well thought out blog post about it!
So whilst I’m sad to say goodbye to Harriet – at least in this space – I’m really pleased for her and excited for the new journey that she’s on.
Looking back through the incredible things that Harriet has made over the last two years I thought I would pick out a few of my favourites. It was hard to narrow it down though

The very first garment Harriet made for this blog was the Ultimate Trousers by Sew Over It – so summery in that stretch cotton that went into August 2017’s Wunderlust box.

One of my all time favourites was this Vintage Shirt Harriet made using the blue seersucker from last years Top Of The Class box.

I love this cotton poplin print so much, from last summers Wedding Bells box to coincide with the Royal Wedding. Harriet made New Look 6493, a super cute playsuit.

Can you tell I’ve got all the summery vibes with these picks? Last June was all about Summer Holidays and Harriet used the yellow peachskin to make a lovely Libby Shirt

Last but absolutely not least is this lovely Rowan Top made using the viscose jersey from last August’s Birds of a Feather box.
What a collection!
Harriet has still been writing for me and her posts have been making their way into the magazine that I have been including in my monthly boxes. But I’m ashamed that I have been rather slack in my efforts to get them up on the blog as well. Something that I am planning to work on going forward.
But let me take this opportunity to say a HUGE thank you to Harriet for all her hard work and to wish her the best of luck for the future.
