Tickled Pink
Oh February’s boxes really do have my heart. As the team were putting them together we were constantly commenting on what a pretty box it was!
Obviously February is the month of Valentines and Galentines so we are leaning right into that with these beautiful boxes full of pink, pink and more pink!
Luxury Box
The fabric in the Luxury boxes is the most beautiful viscose from Lady McElroy called Grand Finale, it features delicate little brushstrokes in pink, red and lilac on a black background and is just stunning. It has a gorgeous drape and will make a stunning dress or skirt.
I paired it with the stunning Lover skirt pattern from Lise Tailor. This is the summer skirt of dreams with a high-low ruffle hem and a wide crossover front waistband… I know it’s still winter but we are dreaming of the warmer days ahead!
The Luxury and Classic boxes included a little extra treat for you this month, a Bubble T berries sheet mask, so you can give yourself and your skin a little pamper time whilst reading your SHJ magazine… bliss!
Classic and Mini Boxes
You don’t get much more pink than this!! The Classic and Mini boxes had a gorgeously soft slub stretch viscose in fuchsia pink. This fabric almost has a linen like quality to it but with all the drape of a viscose, and it is so soft!
The supplementary fabric is a fun and cute polycotton featuring deep pink hearts on a lighter pink background – it’s perfect for bags, purses and all sorts of crafty projects. Make sure to check out Gemma’s drawstring tote.
To finish off these gorgeous boxes we have a handy tailors chalk, Gutermann thread, the magazine and a delicious pack of Popcorn Shed toasted marshmallow popcorn.
