It’s A Kind Of Magic

Spooky season is here, and apart from a PSL I am ready to soak up everything about it! The boxes this month give a beautifully subtle nod to the season but with fabrics that won’t look out of place come November.

This theme started when I first spotted the incredible viscose jersey that went into the Luxury boxes, I mean just look at it! The print is a stunning purple, blue and gold marble effect that really does look like it’s shimmering, it’s so clever. I knew you would love it too and I wasn’t wrong. After putting the remnants on the Outlet Shop last week it sold out in minutes!

I paired it with this beautiful Wanda Wrap Dress from Wardrobe By Me which hugs around the torso and then sweeps out into a full skirt made up of 6 panels, meaning it hugs, skims and flows in all the right places!

The Luxury and Classic Boxes included a set of these gorgeous Pigeon Wishes buttons called Nightshade, just look at those blues! They are 20mm in size and will look stunning for a number of projects.

The Classic and Mini boxes each had a length of a viscose twill in either blue or black that has this incredible hazy leaf print, that reminds me of a misty lake. We love a viscose twill, especially in the cooler months as it has a bit of extra weight to it for a slightly cosier feel.

This month was extra special as after 7 years of including fat quarters in the boxes we have now replaced them with a length of an additional fabric in the Classic and Luxury boxes. The Mini box now gets 1.5m of the main fabric.

We kicked things off this month with 1m of this Vincent Van Gogh inspired cotton called Starry Skies. It’s an extra wide fabric as well so will be great for so many amazing projects!
